I’M A BEGINNER IS COOPAH FOR ME?
Absolutely! We have plans suitable for complete beginners which will introduce you to running with walk/run intervals and build you up to continuous running throughout the duration of your plan. And don’t forget you also have 24/7 access to our team of coaches too who are on hand to give you support and advice throughout your training plan.
I TRAIN WITH A CLUB CAN I USE COOPAH TOO?
Of course! Whilst we would always recommend following the workouts in your plan, we understand this isn’t always possible. So now we give you the option to add your own workouts to your Coopah plan so you can still track your progress, and not lose that all important run streak!
DO I NEED A RUNNING WATCH TO USE COOPAH?
Nope! You can follow workouts + record directly onto the Coopah app. And if Strava is more your thing, you can also record your runs on there and upload to the Coopah app to keep track of your training!
DOES COOPAH WORK IF I RUN PARKRUN EVERY WEEK?
Here at Coopah HQ we are massive fans of parkrun, so we have now made it possible to add this into your plan every week! This could either be an extra run, or to replace an existing workout in your plan.
How long are the coopah plans?
Our goal is to be the most flexible training app in the world, which is why we offer plans starting from as little as 6 weeks we and as far as 6 months away from your chosen event! Our plans can also start on any day of the week, and you can let us know what days you want to run which ensures you can create a plan that will work for you.
I want to train for multiple events, CAn I do this with coopah?
You sure can! Thanks to our ‘B Race’ feature you are now able to add additional events to your main plan which means you can prepare for your other races and have peace of mind it won’t impact your final goal.
