Here at Coopah, we are confident that you will get a PB which is why if you don’t, we offer you a full refund.

To claim a refund, please fill in this doc and we will respond to you within 14 working days.

Important Terms and Conditions:

In order to claim a refund, you will need to provide us with sufficient feedback using the feedback form provided by us. This is to allow us to continually improve our products and so that we can understand the reason you didn’t get a PB.

All refunds will be made to your bank account as per the information provided on the refund form.

Coopah reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

• You don’t provide us with sufficient feedback

• You did not complete over 80% of your runs

• Your PB was over 12 months ago

• You got an injury during the race

• You were ill within 14 days and including race day

• Refunds are only available for those running their first race using Coopah
